About Travel (Motion) Sickness Medication | Cinnarizine
Cinnarizine is used to help prevent and treat motion sickness. It helps rebalance the inner ear by calming nerve signals sent between the inner ear and the brain, reducing the vomiting centres trigger response in the brain.
For adults: two tablets are to be taken two hours before the start on your journey, followed by one further tablet every 8 hours as required.

This medication can cause drowsiness. If affected, you must not drive or operate machinery. It Is advised that alcohol is avoided whilst taking this medication.
