About Jet Lag Medication | Melatonin
Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone that can help reset your body clock and improve adaptation to a new time zone.
When you arrive in your new destination, you should take melatonin at bedtime in your new time zone (not earlier than 8pm and not later than 4am). You should not take this medication for more than 5 nights.

Melatonin can make you feel sleepy or tired. Occasionally it can cause headache, nausea, dizziness, restlessness, a dry mouth, strange dreams or night sweats.
If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, seek medical advice.
This medication can cause drowsiness. If affected, you must not drive or operate machinery. It Is advised that alcohol is avoided whilst taking this medication.
Online medication requests are available to patients aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian must schedule a telephone consultation, where suitability for medication will be clinically assessed. Please call 0330 100 4200 to book this appointment.
Issues relating to returns, damage, or faulty products are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
Reporting Procedure
- In the first instance, customers must email: masta@speedshealthcare.co.uk
- The email must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
- Distributor will provide next steps depending on the nature of the case.
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for your order to be processed. This includes online risk assessment review, prescription, and supplier dispensing and dispatch.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be issued by the third-party courier provided that:
